Real Weddings, Real Couples, Real Designs

A selection of celebrations designed and coordinated by Swiftylumen across Toronto and Ontario.

No Two Weddings Look the Same Here

Our portfolio is deliberately varied — because our job is to express your vision, not repeat our own.

Swiftylumen has designed and coordinated weddings across a range of settings: converted heritage lofts in Toronto's Distillery District, stone estates in Caledon and Prince Edward County, lakeside resorts near Muskoka, and intimate garden ceremonies in private residences across the city. Some are large, formal, and architecturally ambitious. Others are small, warm, and focused almost entirely on food and music. What they share is specificity — every element chosen for a reason, every detail connected to the couple at the centre of it. The amber-gold warmth that runs through our work is not a house style — it is a quality of attention.

“Scrolling through their portfolio was the moment I stopped looking at other planners. Every wedding had a completely different feeling, but you could sense the same level of intention behind all of them. That is what I wanted — someone who would bring that quality of thinking to our day specifically.”

— Fatima O., Prince Edward County, August 2024

By the Numbers

Seven years, dozens of celebrations, and a relentlessly selective calendar.

40+ Weddings Designed

Over forty celebrations across Ontario since 2017, each one approached as a new design problem with no inherited assumptions from the last.

12 Weddings Per Year

A deliberately capped calendar. Twelve is the number that allows every couple to feel like our only priority — because during their planning window, they are.

30+ Venue Relationships

Across Toronto, the GTA, Muskoka, Niagara, Prince Edward County, and the Kawarthas — meaning we know which venues photograph well at your ceremony hour.
