We welcome inquiries for 2025 and 2026 weddings. Whether you are at the very beginning of your planning — not yet sure of a date or a venue — or further along and looking for specific support, we are happy to talk. The more you are able to share about your vision and timeline, the more useful our first conversation will be. Form submissions are redirected to our studio inbox and reviewed each morning, Monday through Friday.

After receiving your message, a member of the Swiftylumen team will review your inquiry and reach out to schedule a thirty-minute discovery call — no obligation, no sales pressure. That call is an opportunity for us to understand your wedding vision and for you to ask whatever questions you have about how we work. If there is a good fit on both sides, we will prepare a scope proposal within five business days of the call. The proposal outlines the services we recommend, the associated investment, and the next steps for moving forward. We do not hold dates or calendars without a signed agreement.
